Delivery information

Please Note: Techscheme can only dispatch complete orders. Part shipment is not possible.

Courier service

All deliveries will be dispatched using a courier service.


Once authorisation has been given to the Supplier for the provision of the Equipment you will receive an email confirming your order, and tracking information.

Place of Delivery

The Equipment will be delivered to the address as stated during the request process. Once the order has been requested it is not possible to amend the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Techscheme will provide participants with tracking information via email; this will allow the order to be tracked directly with the courier.

Please Note: The order tracking number provided is referred to as the senders reference number on the Parcelforce tracking service.

Receipt of the Equipment 

You must ensure that someone is available to receive the Equipment on any agreed delivery date. If you are unable to receive the Equipment for any reason, then you may be required to collect the Equipment from a depot or arrange for redelivery, which may be subject to a charge.

Confirmation of Receipt

At the time the Equipment is delivered you will be required to confirm receipt by signing the carrier's delivery note. 

Delays in Delivery

We will not be liable for any delay in delivering the Equipment to you or for failing to deliver the Equipment at all if that delay or failure is due to any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This includes where we cannot get supplies of the Equipment. If we are unable to obtain the Equipment, we will let you know, and you or Techscheme may cancel the Payment Plan, without any party having further liability to the other.

Checking Your Delivered Order

We request that you inspect and test the Equipment as soon as you receive it, and notify the Techscheme within 14 calendar days of delivery of any defects or other problems with the Equipment. You should contact Techscheme in writing via email at,

Techscheme will then contact you to arrange replacement.  If you fail to notify the Supplier within 14 calendar days of delivery you should still notify Techscheme in writing; your claim may be treated as a warranty claim, rather than the Equipment being automatically replaced.

Please note: self-installation is required and the delivery agent is not obliged to install the Equipment.
